Create users 


    1. Click on Users

    2. Click on "Crete new user" in the top right corner

  1. 3. Type the username or email of the user into the "Email Address" field 


  • Note: If you choose not to provide the email address of the user, just a simple username, the user will later have to add it to their profile themselves in order to receive notifications via email 


  1. 4. Make a user super admin 

  •  

  •  

  • This step is essential in order to have an App Admin that has access to all of the features of the app. This user can later set up the different workspaces and configure the app. Additionally, a super admin has access to the audit component of the app, which allows for tracking every action done by any user (or the system). 

5. Untick "Auto-generate password" if you wish to set up a custom password

6. (Optional) Provide the Slack and Teams Id of the users, if you wish to utilize Slack/Teams for your Notification Channel 


7. Click on "Create" to add the new user to your environment 


8. Create more users with Public Permission 

Note: You will be able to add different permissions to these public users when assigning them to workspaces 

 

 

 



Create groups 

1.     Click on Groups 

  •   

2.     Click on "Create new group" in the top right corner 

  •  

  •  

3.     Type the name of the group in the Group name field 


4.     Click on Create

  •  

5.     Click on the add users button to assign the previously created users to the group 

  •  

  •  

6.     Type the name of the user into the "Add new user to group" field 



7.     Click on "Add" in order to add the user to the group 

  •  

 

 

8.     (Optional) You can remove users from the group by clicking on the remove button
